Privacy Notice

YellowJackets is an advertising and revenue brand operated by MARQETSHARE, its parent company. This notice explains how YellowJackets and MARQETSHARE handle information, including data accessed through third-party advertising platforms when we manage advertising on behalf of businesses that engage us.

Who this covers

This notice applies to yellowjackets.ai and to the software tools we use to deliver advertising and marketing services, including tools that connect to platforms such as the Amazon Advertising API.

Information we access

When a business engages us to manage its advertising, and authorizes our tools to connect to its advertising account, we access advertising and performance data belonging to that account, which may include:

• campaign, ad group, keyword, and product-targeting configuration;
• advertising performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, sales, and related reporting);
• account and profile identifiers needed to read and manage the account.

We access this data only for accounts whose owner has explicitly authorized the connection, and only to the extent that owner has granted permission. We do not collect personal shopping data of individual consumers.

How we use it

We use the data solely to provide advertising management and optimization services to the account owner who authorized us — analyzing performance, producing reports, and proposing or applying campaign changes that the owner approves. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

How we protect and share it

• We do not sell this data, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing to third parties.
• We share it only as needed to deliver the service the owner engaged us for, with service providers bound to protect it, or where required by law.
• We store credentials and tokens securely and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, and remove access when an engagement ends or the owner revokes authorization.

Platform compliance

Where we connect to a platform such as Amazon Advertising, our use of that platform's data complies with the platform's API terms and acceptable-use and data-protection policies, in addition to this notice.

Your choices

An account owner can revoke our access at any time through the connected platform's settings, which immediately ends our ability to read or manage that account. To ask a question about this notice or request removal of data, contact us below.
